Clockwork: will events cease to exist?

Last week the event organizer Clockwork hosted a seminar on the future of the event industry: will people still have a need for offline contact (events) when Web 2.0 has made virtual contact so easy?




Michiel did a fine job of introducing the different speakers: Alain, Miel, Marianne, Sam, Steven, the panel and myself.
















It was a good seminar, with an interesting audience, good food and an original setting (in a chapel!). Offline events dead? I hope not ;-)
